7 Steps to a Great Client Review

 

Many years ago, I randomly asked some advisors I was training to write down how they conduct their client reviews. And it was shocking to read that their answers were all over the place. 

That’s when I realized that there has to be an industry standard that all advisors must follow to ensure that they serve as fiduciaries inside those client collaborative partnerships. Over the years, I have collated best practices from my clients and synthesized them into a protocol.
