Are you stuck on the more-more-more treadmill, with your service slipping and you left exhausted? What if you decided you’re full? And what would that look like?
- Know your number. There’s a finite number of clients you can serve exceptionally well. Take pride in reaching that number.
- Decide next steps. You don’t necessarily need to stop bringing on new clients when you reach that number, however you do have a decision to make about how you will continue to provide excellent service and not run yourself ragged.
- Write down a strategy that works for you – whether it’s hiring more staff or simply taking pride in the fact that you’re full and the benefits that offers you.
