Why Financial Advisors Should Grade Client Relationships


Today I’d like to talk about how to rate your relationships with your clients. What makes them functional and profitable and what doesn’t?

I find that most advisors avoid doing this because they have a scarcity mindset. They fear facing issues that feed their own insecurities. But the reality is for any advisor, evaluating your relationships with your clients is crucial.

What we should be having with our clients is an intimate (knowledge-wise) business relationship. So take a good look at your clients. Figure out what your standards are and see if your clients are meeting them. Because at the end of the day, what you need is the RIGHT relationship and not A LOT of relationships.
